This is just the general direction I think things should move in, not exact final structure.
also I don't have any case of TMSO Im aware of, if you know otherwise please do show.
I think the punishment scale for sex crimes needs to become more similar to the one for just general violent crime.
Make things more eye-for-eye.
I do believe in sexual integrity, but not to the absurd.
Rape isn't murder.

Proportional Punishments

I think towards minor sex offenders should be punished proportionally to the physical damage.
mental damage must be considered a special vulnerability which can not be blamed on the perpetrators disregard.
People with special vulnerabilities(Triggers, PTSD, Seizures, extreme allergies, osteoporosis) are responsible for taking steps to respect their special needs.
Currently you get greater punishment for pinching a 17-year olds bum than breaking said persons arm, and that just isn't logical at all.
There's objectively more damage when you break someones arm, the punishment for mild TMSO should be way less than it currently is.
It should be a weeks detention with fines at most.

Physical assault and sexual assault will have equal punishment scales.
Really I would just get rid of the sexual assault charges and replace it with physical assault charges to end all the hysteria and make things eye-for-eye.
What sex crime victims rules crippling is pathetic and just straight up nonsense.
Punishing sexual crimes of violence more than common crimes of violence is religious nonsense.
The argument is always about mental triggers which is just nonsense.

Assault degree 1: scratch/touch, 1 week detention + fines, prescription 1 month,
Assault degree 2: Minor blue-marks/temporary-ailments, 1 month detention + fines, prescription 1 year
Assault degree 3: Severe temporary ailments(broken arm for example), Physical prolonged constraint of someone = 6-12 months detention + fines. No prescription
Assault degree 4: Chronic serious ailments(loss of limb, paralysis of limb) = 6 years detention + heavy fines/damages-pay + release with restrictions around minors. No prescription


Damage towards a citizen shall rule you a threat to all citizens not just a specific group, I would not want to interact with a crippling individual anymore than a child would.
I wouldn't interact with a crippler without a body-guard around lol.


Also to get charged with child porn posession it must be obvious previous to the possession the person is a minor.
Also continued posession after knowing the fact that it's a minor is illegal.

Also billboarding isn't legitimate basis for prosecution, no real victim, no real crime.
Accusing someone of crime after billboarding is illegal, hearsay.


Sex crime victims need to take a walk in the forest, get a grip on reality.
They're so deep in their own nonsense they forgot reality.
Though I got to say these past few years of sex crime hysteria after the Epstein stuff has had me also double check, aren't sex offenders evil demons from the underworld? sex offenders aren't evil demons from the underworld nope, just clumsy dummies.

Im against removing prescription for assault degree 1 and 2.
It would be absurd that you can just pile up pety crimes blackmail and report someone for them when you want.
People need to be able to plan their lives onward, not being held in pety crime purgatory,"If you don't want to think of past lesser crimes report yourself" that's not their responsibility.
Victims have a responsibility to report lesser crimes within a reasonable time frame.

Vaginal penetration with pregnancy increases punishment for sexual assault.
sexual assault with awareness of active greater STDs increases punishment.
TMSOs mostly aren't murderers, so I don't see why they can't be allowed back in society.

TMSO are not necessarily pedophiles

I think most cases of TMSO are just flunks, accidents, like jaywalking, would not make any assumptions about the persons sexuality.

Pedophile = Person who sexually *fantasizes* about minors(Not necessarily offender)
