Creativity/Writing

Ideology

Before you start writing decide what ideology your work pushes.
In my case it's either:
* Zenism(AC-SOC)
* Christianity

Some others are:
* E/Nerd
* Judaism

Art without ideology is usually just fluff, like for example mario.
It stimulate the senses with all the colors and sounds, but there is no intellectual stimulation.

Miyazaki Method

I think of any problem in society and tackle it with my writing.
That requires going outside and walking around society.
I call that the Miyazaki method.
Go outside, find problems, solve problems.
I live by the Miyazaki method.

Writing Structure

Script > Storyboard
I've written a couple of squares of storyboard before I went back to scripts.
I get everything said with meta tags and dialogue tags.
Remember, hierarchy of titles is important!
I tend to mess that up.
Hierachy of titles is implied through font-size, boldness, positioning.

Small tips:
* Have a role in society, don't be role-less, that is a very empty life.
* Choose the artistic method that empowers you,
I feel empowered by MIDI, so I use MIDI,
I feel empowered by guitar, so I use guitar,
I feel empowered by pixelart, so I do pixelart,
I feel empowered by wax-pen + watecolor,
so I use wax-pen + watercolor
